I'm an integrative wellness and life coach, birth doula, birth educator, and integrative somatic practitioner. My focus is strengthening individuals and families. I work with clients to evaluate with them from their perspective what feels out of balance to them and what they feel like balance would look and feel like. We then use various tools to take actions that will create lasting change and progress towards balance. This is on an individual and a familial level. I use tools such as emotional intelligence education, stress reduction, meditation/mindfulness, family structure, and self-care.

I'm an author, podcast host and an eating disorder recovery and wellness coach for Christian women. I overcame an eating disorder and as a mom to two young girls, Ava-9 + Adeline-5, I feel my work is my calling and mission. I teach faith is the foundation of wellness and true healing is found when we live aligned with our God-given identity. I believe a wellness/health journey without a faith journey is incomplete. My coaching style is a combination of grit + grace. My faith, empathy and vulnerability are my superpowers yet I encourage embracing responsibility over one's life by ditching the victim mentality.
